  • Waddell, I agree with you completely. If the euthanasia failed, it was meant to be. My vet always told me that dogs will tell you when they're ready to go. Mia may not have much more time on earth but what time was left would be full of love and comfort.

  • When I was 10 years old, the furnace in the house where I was living with my mother and two brothers became faulty and we were being poisoned with "coal gas" as it was called back then. That was what we called carbon monoxide and it was filling the house.

  • Why don't they use the artificial teat to strengthen the baby whale, rather than trying nothing at all. Perhaps the baby whale will get stronger with some nourishment and the wildlife rescuers will have a better chance of getting it back to the open ocean.
